Information about the Issue

Made a clean install on MacOs Catalina via brew

docker: 2.2.0.4,43472 (auto_updates) kitematic: 0.17.11 virtualbox: 6.1.4,136177

Tried to remove vm and install again, doesn't work

Install kitematic and docker brew cask install docker kitematic virtualbox

I uninstalled and installed again Docker, that works for me
