Open TheTrafficNetwork opened this issue 6 years ago • 3 comments

Expected behavior

Windows 10 64x Login to Connect to Docker Hub Enter Username and Password Enter Authentication Code Login Successful

Actual behavior

Enter Username and Password Error: Require secondary authentication on MFA enable account

Information about the Issue

When logging into docker desktop on Windows 10, after username and password input, screen is redirected to enter the two0factor identification code. When logging in on Kitematic, after entering in username and password, a red error text comes up with "Require secondary authentication on MFA enabled account". Nothing on the login screen allows me to enter my code, nor do any approval notifications pop up on my device.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Enable two-factor authentication with Microsoft Authenticator
  2. Try to Login to Windows 10 version of Kitematic

Hello! If you still can't login from Kitematic, try with an Access Token for Docker CLI. It worked for me on Kitematic v.0.17.7 in Windows 10.
