Can't build windows container

From what I gather the build nodes are Linux and the base image named "windowsservercore" does not exist in docker hub. So one can't really build Windows Container for the fresh Server 2016 TP5, except just run build locally, which kind of break the whole point for modern CI/CD.

I think having a Windows build node is do-able, just wondering if that's in progress, on road map, or any other?
