IDs and organizations not properly removed

I believe there are others similar posts, but since no one from Docker is responding to emails or contact form, I'd like to emphasize this problem (again). When an ID or an organization is deleted, you just remove the email but the ID is still registered. So it is impossible to retrieve it. Since many people asked and every time you need to do it manually, I can't understand ; why don't you fix this ? Please I really need to re-create my organization account... !
