update 4.51.0 crashes and uninstalles docker desktop

Description

I've updated it twice now to 4.51.0 and both times it crashed and uninstalled Docker Desktop. i've installed 4.42.1 back and updated to 4.51.0 from within Docker Desktop and it uninstalled it self

Reproduce

install 4.42.1 --> update to 4.51.0

Expected behavior

should update
