Stuck on "Starting the Docker Engine..." I have to reboot multiple time until it works

Description

Hello. When I run my computer in the morning, My docker is always stucks on "Starting the Docker Engine...". I can't quit docker, or restart the application. I have to restart my computer multiple time until it works..

What Can I do ? I have tried many things but nothing seems to work.
