Docker Desktop 4.32.0 Installation failed

Description

During the installation on Windows 11 (Windows 11 Pro, version 23H2, build 22631.4037) the exception appears:

Reproduce

1. Go here: https://www.docker.com/
2. Click the button "Download for Windows" to download (https://desktop.docker.com/win/main/amd64/Docker%20Desktop%20Installer.exe?utm_source=docker&utm_medium=webreferral&utm_campaign=dd-smartbutton&utm_location=module)
3. Download "Docker Desktop Installer.exe" and run
4. Wait for the Exception

Expected behavior

Installation should have finished successfully

docker version

4.32.0, can't run "docker version" as it can't be installed

docker info

4.32.0, can't run "docker info" as it can't be installed

Nobody answered, nothing helped. Even more -- my Windows 11 just stopped working (so, I don't know, what is the reason and what is the consequence). Standard Windows recovery even didn't help: Docker was restored, but didn't work and it was impossible to uninstall: uninstaller crashed and windows became unstable :) Loading screen with "Please wait..." was cycling forever. So now I did a full recovery to the factory settings :) And installed 4.33.0. Still working :)
