updated docs per issue thread 13984
see thread here: https://github.com/docker/docker.github.io/issues/13984
Proposed changes
per discussion on issue 13984, we noticed some discrepancies between blocked syscalls in the document page and what the code actually was blocking. thaJeztah made a few more recommendations for updates. So the following was changed:
- Note: seccomp profiles require seccomp 2.2.1 or later.
- docker run --rm -it --security-opt seccomp=unconfined debian:bullseye
- Note: seccomp is disabled when contain the container is running with --privilege
- conditional table was added
- updated the counts to reflect what is in the default profile code.

@tonkapango The PR is still in the draft stage. Could you rebase the PR and let us know if this is ready for review?
Thanks for the pull request. We'd like to make our product docs better, but haven’t been able to review all the suggestions. As our docs have also diverged, we do not have the bandwidth to review and rebase old pull requests.
