Changing disk image location results in endless wait circle / freeze
Description
Docker Desktop installed on my SSD by default. I want to use my larger HD for the disk image location. Changing it in the settings freezes the app.
Reproduce
- Start Docker Desktop.
- Go to Settings -> Resources -> Advanced.
- Change the path in "Disk image location".
- Click "Apply & restart".
Expected behavior
Docker Desktop should restart with the new disk image location in use.

Additional Info
The diagnostics ID was obtained after force quitting Docker Desktop and restarting. Because the bug causes a freeze, I can't obtain a diagnostic ID after eliciting the bug. The path I am changing to is on a mounted HD device formatted EXT4. I have previously used it without problem for my non-Desktop installation of Docker.
