DocIntel API Issue (upload and process pdf report)

Hello. Anyone tried to use the DocIntel API to upload a pdf report? If yes, in what state did you see the uploaded document, ready? pending? The document I upload is instantly ready and is not parsed/scraped. If I manually upload the same report through the web interface it goes through the pending and ready state but the content parsing (TTPs, CVEs, TA, etc) is done. Has anyone ever been through this?
