feature request: modifying PwmClock tempo with CV

Hi,

I am opening this ticket with reference to the VCV Community topic: https://community.vcvrack.com/t/question-on-smooth-bpm-change-pwmclock/24325/5

Currently PwmClock behaves a bit chaotic at receiving control voltage into the BPM. Changing the tempo on PwmClock would mess up the drum section for a second or so.

Fixing it should be technically possible, seeing it working in other modules (like Impromptu Clocked). I'm wondering if adding a context menu item to round BPM to integer can solve the issue. Maybe the current behaviour is just the result of the heavy calculation of a very precise BPM with multiple decimals. (That is also a useful feature sometimes... :) )
