ADD support for VBI and IRQ

Hi,

DLI setup is great thanx. Could you implement a VBI option aswell that could be used to run an music player in VBI. When you can support it also let it be possible to set immediate VBI or deferred VBI

Other option to use IRQ so an IRQ could be set in POKEY and run part of the code in that IRQ
