icon/button click event handling

Hi, i noticed that the undo button seems not to trigger for me, and realized that if I click on the icon it doesn't trigger, but if I carefully click inside the button but outside the icon, it does.

@jywarren I am unable to reproduce this, but I also don't have a ChromeOS machine to test with. Clicking the button through the icon seems to work fine on Chrome 81 on Windows, though.

Was this consistent behavior across all buttons, or just undo / redo?
