Works:

• Battery charge percentage

• Charging status

• CPU/GPU Temps

• Fan Speed Indicators

• Cooler Boost

• Advanced Fan Control

• Modes

  Switching between High Performance, Balanced, Silent and Super Battery in the "Modes" tab works. The Fan Mode is reported as "Auto" in all modes except Silent which makes the Fan Mode text switch to "Silent".

  When Advanced Fan Controls are disabled, switching the modes between "High Performance", "Balanced" and "Silent" seems to affect the fan speeds (quite noticeable when laptop is under load).

  However, the Silent mode option doesn't seem to persist between application restarts (set mode to Silent, close mcontrolcenter, re-open mcontrolcenter, observe that the mode is now "Balanced"). Other modes seem to be preserved across restarts.

Doesn't Work:

• Keyboard Backlight

  The options are not greyed out, and the slider indicator seems to be responding to the actual backlight level (set by FN+F10/F11), but manually changing this slider doesn't affect the backlight and the "Always on/Auto turn off in 10 sec" drop down also doesn't do anything.

Didn't test:

(these options are not greyed out and toggling them works, but I haven't verified that they actually affect anything)
