Mode setting not working on Modern 15 B7M

Hi there. First of all, thanks for this awesome work!

I just packaged your application for Mageia. Eventually, I will push it into the official repo. I use a dkms version of the ec_sys module, provided by https://github.com/junocomp/ec-sys-dkms

I tested it on a Modern 15 B7M. Everything works fine but the Mode selection. The whole menu is completely grayed out.

I can do some testing if you give some hints on how to develop the fix ;)

I have the same issue in a Modern 15 B13M kernel version 6.11.5+bpo-amd64

the Modern 15 B7M is already supported by msi-ec, but Modern 15 B13M is not.

@andres885 you can open an issue on msi-ec repo to add your device
