How to use the RE model after training on GAD? I mean How to load the model and start to use it.??

I have done exactly the same step by step as mentioned in the Relation Extraction (RE) section. I got the Score as f1 score : 1.42% recall : 0.71% precision : 100.00% specificity : 100.00% and now how to use this model. Like I will give some input and it provides the output e.g input= "Cancer is a disease." Output: Label: Disease or something
