How to load fine-tuned model and to predict? Please show me some examples, thanks.

Can Anyone answer this question.? Because No One has answered this question yet and I am stuck at this stage for 1 week. I don't know how to load this fine-tuned model of Relation Extraction. I am only getting this result f1 score : 1.42% recall : 0.71% precision: 100.00% specificity: 100.00%

I don't know where to go from this stage. Please guide me
