Hello, thank you for your PR.

The issue referenced a enhancement not a fix. This is that the bot should support either a Telegram Alias or a Telegram ID. I see that you've disabled the alias in favor of the id.

Could you explain the github actions modification too? is it buildin arm images too?

Hi, i made workfilow file modifications only to publish image to GHCR to test it, because I don't have Docker Hub account. You can ignore this change.
