Added [I] to information/output message streams. Changed Timestamp to ISO standard :)

Sorry, I hadn't looked at this project in ages, and completely forgot about this PR. DateTimeFormat was made configurable via #4 , so that part's already covered.

If you want to rebase onto master, I'm fine with adding the [I] flag to the output stream.
