setLangguage not working on IOS 18 in Safari

The function setLanguage is not working on IOS 18 in safari. On IOS 17 it works, but on IOS 18 TTS does not change the language, keeps default iphone langugae. cannot be changed.

Expected behavior

Would expect to be able to change language

Seeing the same problem in Safari on MacOS after upgrading (MacOS 15.1.1)

What's worse, on iOS 18, the problem seems to affect Chrome and other browsers, so there is no workaround for a web app using flutter_tts.

Use https://dlutton.github.io/flutter_tts, to see the problem in different platforms/browsers.
