https://sourceforge.net/p/qpc/discussion/668726/thread/030b0138ec/ I don't see some tools suitable for very constraint systems, like http://www.colm.net/open-source/ragel/ or tools or papers specially intended for stream binary parsing with error recovery (Wireshark must-have features).
