Comment collapsing of quoted areas

Often on mailing lists, responses quote a huge history of lengthy patches and/or discussions and that takes up a lot of space in Patchwork. Perhaps double quoted or more (i.e. prefixed with >>) sections of comments should be collapsed by default, also maybe any single-quoted sections above a certain size should be collapsed.

I think this'd be a pretty easy way to make the patch view more readable.
