Native library for ImageMagick that can be used by other libraries (C#, WASM, etc..)
I would like to add OpenMP support to the macOS builds. Both the x64 and the arm64 build. And I could use some help with this.

Right now there is no arm64 support for linux-musl. All other platforms have support for arm64 so it would be nice to add support for this.
