Vibrance3 ?

Would love to have this script in .net: http://www.fmwconcepts.com/imagemagick/vibrance3/index.php

Would have done it myself but couldn't find a way to specify the Chroma channel using HCL colorspace as in this example http://php.net/manual/en/imagick.sigmoidalcontrastimage.php.

For the same reason I am unable to convert vibrance2 as well.
