new sort function request: sort by repo name/description

I was just looking for an open source DMV project. Searching by programming language or organization does not necessarily get me there, but being able to search by repo name would be helpful.

  • Did govcode.org used to have this feature?
  • Does Crtl+F at https://www.govcode.org/repos already serve this purpose (albeit in a more cumbersome obscured way)?
