Shouldn't RelatedForm relation be among two senses?
There is an example for verb "buy" in "UBY-LMF – A Uniform Model for
Standardizing Heterogeneous Lexical-Semantic Resources in ISO-LMF" [Eckle-Kohler
et al., LREC 2012] that indicates morphological relations should be among senses.
In UBY-LMF and in UBY-API v0.2.1 implementation a RelatedForm (morphological relations)
is among a LexicalEntry and a Sense which is in contrast with my impression from the
paper.
In other way in current implementation a RelatedForm relation has getTargetSense()
but information for sourceSense is missed and no method is provided for getting sourceSense.

The RelatedForm relation imported from WordNet should be defined between senses as well.
This involves changing the WordNet converter accordingly.
