Jenkins build fails due to Javadoc errors

Possibly as a result of @mbugert's fix to Issue #174, the Jenkins build on zoidberg is failing due to Javadoc errors. The best solution would be to bring the Javadocs in compliance with Java 8. In the meantime it may be possible to disable DocLint.
