Growup level is not always 10 (per dungeon)

Growup level is not always 10 (per dungeon). So it is possible for demonspawn to grow up into dragon on level 5 (and from level script too)

@SimLV Over a year since you worked on this. Perhaps split off the GrowUp value, and then abandon the per dungeon creature stats for now?

I think it takes similar amount of time/concentration
