Move to new Google official Keep API

Google released V1 of the Keep api last week - will start looking at migration

I recommend closing because the v1 api only returns plaintext and strips formatting.

@Danjoe4 - I'm keeping it open in hope that they will enhance the API and make it public someday in the future. But, for now, you are correct - still plaintext.
