AAC audio to MP3 file converter

Conversion testing was successful. But, I will have the script run separate from KIM since the installation and configuration of ffmpeg adds undo complexity to KIM. Current thinking is to convert notes and then run a post converter if needed to change all notes with AAC audio links to the MP3 extension and convert each AAC file to MP3.

Steps - download ffmpeg, extract zip into a folder, add folder to the path, pip install ffmpeg, pip install pydub, pip install ffprobe - run converter.
