Updates to Primary MDM Dockerfile and README.md files

Hi Denis,

I have played around with your ScaleIO Dockers and found an issue in the Primary MDM Dockerfile, which I have changed to fix it. I have also figured out how to run those containers on a single host and I have updated the README.md file accordingly.
