Duplicate dependencies

Would be cool to be able to inspect dependencies. Looks like https://webcomponents.dev/edit/UlzjH45dmZuR0yBqtvsK has a duplicate of lit-html and an old version of apollo-elements

in fact it's definitely loading multiple versions of lit-html

Looks like fixed for duplicate dependencies Still do you think we need a panel for dependencies ?
