SF program & Synth_write_float & Sample rate

Hi, I am trying to use FluidLite recently and am a little bit confused about the usage. The questions I encountered are listed below, any help would be appreciated!

  1. How can I set the program when I load SF2 with fluid_synth_sfload? Also, can I change the SF2's program in the same synth?

  2. Can I play multiple pitches at the same time instead of one pitch at one time?
