Upscale result quality lower than expected

Below are the comparison between using Diffusion Bee's built-in upscale, and RealESRGAN's x4-plus model directly

As shown, the built-in one produces significantly blurrier result than directly using RealESRGAN itself

To add to this, it seems that upscale makes the image smooth. For a photo realistic image, or an image with grain, often times the upscale looks worse, or more blurry. [its AMAZING that this feature exists] but it seems to need more tweaks, since the visual clairity seems to drop a ton after being upscaled

I think, that behave's so mostly cause of low tile size
