Java API Reference Specialization missing Annotation Types

The Java API Reference Specialization plugin from the DITA Open Toolkit does not support the new Java 5 language features of Annotation Types and Enums.

We also have a custom annotation type that happens to include an enum class. Just to be clear: enums can appear in other types of classes, but for convenience sake, I thought I'd show a single example that contains both of the new Java 5 features. I've attached the source code for the two examples.

Mariana Alupului, who led the work to create these, put out a revision of the document types to handle Java 5 and 6. I need to integrate those into the github repository and put out a new zip. I'll take on this item.
