bug/Immediately after submitting Meme, it is shown in Meme Collection

Not a super critical bug, however after submitting a meme it appears in both the challenge tab (where it should appear) and the memefolio tab ---> created. The "issue" button is active in memefolio tab, however when pressed the contract pops up that it will be thrown. However I don't think the meme should even be visible in "created" tab until after it passes challenge or vote.
