中国国内 --> 邮局服务器 = 不通 邮局服务器 --> 中国国内 = 通 邮局服务器 --> 国外 = 通 国外 --> 邮局服务器 = 通

建议用 wget, curl, telnet 等命令测试 TCP 25 端口的互访连通结果。除此之外，是否还有防火墙、安全组规则等因素影响到。
