ffmpegthumbnailer gets lowest stream from multibitrate mp4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Get multibitrate FullHD mp4 file
2. Run ffmpegthumbnailer -s 0 on that multibitrate mp4 file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to get big 1920x1080 preview with fullhd quality.
Instead I get low resolution and low quality jpg

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
CentOS 6.3
ffmpegthumbnailer 2.0.7
