Get location of total sites

Hi, I could find the locations of all the somatic sites in the file output.prefix_somatic. Could I get the locations of total sites analyzed somewhere? They should be a part of sites in the file microsatellites.list. Thanks a lot!

Hi，all locations with enough reads depth ( default : 20 ) will be analyzed. You can simply scan the output distribution file to get these sites.
