Compatibility with Navisworks 2024

We tried to install the NavisPythonShell in our Naviswork 2024 environment, but it does not work. Do you have any idea what can be the reason (maybe 32bit /64bit incompatibilities)? Is it generally possible to use NavisPythonShell with the 2024 version?
