No Additional Buttons Showing in Navisworks Ribbon

Hi.

I have downloaded and extracted the most recent version per the readme, however nothing is showing up in the Navisworks ribbon. When I try to delete the folder when Navisworks is running, I am unable to. This seems similar to a previously closed issue: https://github.com/dimven/NavisPythonShell/issues/3 however I do not fully understand the steps taken to resolve it.

Location of extracted folder: C:\ProgramData\Autodesk Navisworks Manage 2019\Plugins\NavisPythonShell Version: 2019.0.2
