Make reading tweets chronologically a bit easier.

  1. The feature I really need is to remain at the current tweet after loading "See new tweets" in the home (reverse chronological+) timeline. Right now it scrolls to the newest one at the top, and I have to scroll down to find where I've left. The default mastodon web interface seems to do something like that. When loading new post it doesn't move at all, but you can scroll up to see the new posts.

  2. It might be a bit harder to implement, but it would be great if I can resume reading tweets from where I've left, even after closing the browser. Aka after closing the browser and starting it again, you always get to the newest tweet, even if tabs are automatically restored. Maybe something that would let me "mark" the current tweet and then a button/key to load tweets from it onward? Of course, there is probably also and time limit, but 1 day should suffice.

  3. How hard would it be to have "forward chronological+" order?
