NetworkError when attempting to use download shortcut on LibreWolf 139.0-1

Describe the bug Whenever I try to use the "D" button to download a video or image, I get a NetworkError. ResistFingerprinting is disabled. I've added *.twimg.com to urlclassifier.features.socialtracking.skipURLs in about:config, but the error still persists. Even turning off Enhanced Tracking Protection doesn't work.
