[Feature request] Provide an option to use cities instead of timezones

It'd be great to be able to use cities instead of timezones, for example: $ overtime show Prague would show the time-overlap data for Czech/Prague and my home location.

Hello! According to the list of TZ you can use Europe/Prague.

$ overtime show Europe/Prague
