Add a couple of Spaces bits to the v2 API

namechecking @andrewsomething as this issue pile hasn't seen a response from staff in a few years and that ideas.digitalocean... site isn't accessible from the main DO pages so I think that's dead-ended as well (you guys might want to link something out somewhere on the official DO website for commenting on v2 and other APIs, unless I missed it... I had to dig around to even get here)

I'm NOT asking for actual Spaces S3 command and control added to the v2 (DigitalOcean) api, we have that (obvs).

But... with billing and all the other stuff in the v2 api I can't but help notice on my DO dashboard when looking at my Spaces how you very nicely have the file count and size of my Spaces buckets. I, and I'm sure others, would KILL for this to be accessible via this api. To state that this would be an overall selling point for DO should be obvious as well. It remains one of the world's most enduring mysteries that the S3 apis (official and compatible) have no real provision to pull this information after going on two decades of existence, outside of command line tools and service dashboards (even something as simple as auto-calc and leaving a standardized index file in the root of the bucket with this information doesn't seem to have any foothold.)

So that's not the ask. The ask is: you have this already calculated in my dashboard, billing and so on is accessible via the DO v2 api, it can't be that hard to pull those bits in to the v2 api. You should do that.

Right now, I'm using the API, RSS, and a page-scrape to get service status, incident alerts, and Month-to-Date Balance for a dashboard widget on my apps but listing out buckets and filecount/size would be the bees knees.
