Feature request for adding support for Libre.fm and Listenbrainz scrobbling in Dopamine 3.

@advait404 Libre.fm seems closed for now: https://github.com/mattl/hacienda/discussions/117. SO I won't focus on that. As for Listenbrainz, hard to say. It's the firts time I heard about it. If it gains popularity, or once I've added all missing features ot Dopamine 3 and I have time to spare, I'll look at it.

Listenbrainz is quite popular as a Foss alternative for last.fm, and its made by the people behind musicbrainz so it has a pretty big library.

A lot of music players and scrobbling apps have included listenbrainz, like Pano scrobler. Since there already is last.fm scrobbling, I don't think it would be too difficult adding another source.
