[FEATURE REQUEST] Add cellular to list of compatible protocols for firmware upgrade

The LocalFirmwareUpdateSample does not include cellular in the list of compatible protocols.

I propose that cellular Xbee3 devices (including CELLULAR_3_CAT1_LTE_VERIZON ) be added to the list of supported protocols.

I do believe that would be very useful. Is there a plan to support this feature?
