Missing libraries in Figma

We've received feedback that our Figma Community file contains several missing libraries. These are caused by components and styles copied from other files that rely on external libraries.

To do:

• Remove all missing libraries from the Community file.
• Identify components and styles originating from other files.
• Replace them with equivalents from our own library or recreate them as needed.
• Establish a routine to ensure the Community file is clean before publishing.
• Add a pre-publish check for missing libraries.

Fixed a few missing library instances:

• Found the missing text style from "Digdir - Nettsider" library and detached it. It was in the base components page.
• The "Icon/Default" color was in use in around 120 icon-instances in the file. I replaced this with nextral-text-default.
