Change Twitter Profile

The @diffblog twitter accounts tweets out my posts but it is tagged to a wrong twitter account.

Is there an option to change the twitter account linked to your profile?

This option does not exist at the moment.

But adding this as a setting in profile settings should be pretty straightforward.
