[Bug] Broken link to glossary

In https://developers.libra.org/docs/libra-protocol#account there's a link to https://developers.libra.org/docs/reference/glossary#move-resource, but that section doesn't exist. It should be https://developers.libra.org/docs/reference/glossary#move-resources.

But maybe it makes even more sense to rename the glossary section, because when "Move Module" is singular in the glossary, why should "Move Resources" be plural?

In that case:

1. Change the glossary section from plural to singular
2. Find all links to https://developers.libra.org/docs/reference/glossary#move-resources and change them to https://developers.libra.org/docs/reference/glossary#move-resource.
